These terms govern your use of viswellhq.com, operated by Lee Software L.L.C., doing business as Viswell. Use of the Viswell app is governed by the separate subscription agreement presented to your practice at sign-up.

What Viswell is, and is not

Viswell is consultation and documentation software for licensed practitioners. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition, does not recommend treatments or predict results, and has not been cleared or approved by the FDA. Clinical judgment remains with the practitioner. Nothing on this site or in the app provides medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and responsibility for clinical judgment remains with the practitioner.

Using this site

You may browse this site and submit a demo request for your practice. You may not scrape the site, submit false information, attempt to interfere with the site’s operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The text, design, and product illustrations on this site belong to Lee Software L.L.C. Viswell is a trademark of Lee Software L.L.C. Apple, iPhone, iPad, iPadOS, Face ID, TrueDepth and iCloud are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Stripe is a trademark of Stripe, Inc. Other product names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

No warranty

This site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. Product details described here may change before or after launch.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lee Software L.L.C. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
