Who we are

Viswell is a brand of Lee Software L.L.C., a Maryland limited liability company (“Viswell”, “we”). This policy covers viswellhq.com and the demo-request form on it. The Viswell app has its own privacy policy, shown in the app before any patient information is captured and published at viswellhq.com/app/privacy.

What this website collects

If you request a walkthrough, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, practice name, role, team size, and optionally a phone number and notes. We use it to reply to you and schedule the walkthrough, and for no other purpose.

This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party embeds. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) to keep the site running and secure.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for as long as we are in conversation with your practice and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and deliver our email, and only so they can do that work for us.

Patient information in the app

Photos, consent forms and records created in the Viswell app are stored in the app on the practice’s own device; Viswell doesn’t keep a copy. Patient records are left out of iCloud and computer backups of the device unless the practice turns that on.

Skin visualization is the only feature that sends a patient photo off the device. After the patient signs consent in the app, it sends one cropped face photo (camera and location metadata removed, no name or chart attached) to a third-party skin-analysis service, through a Viswell-managed account for the clinic. The photo shows the patient’s face, so the patient can be identified from it. The service keeps it for up to 30 days. The provider is named in the app privacy policy.

Deposits run through Viswell’s payment service on the practice’s own Stripe account; Viswell’s server records the amount, currency, payment category, fee and a reference for the practice’s device.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you by emailing hello@viswellhq.com. We reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be called out on this page for at least 30 days.
